Mr. Richard Robinson Smith has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Finnish group Konecranes Plc from 2020 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Europe, Africa and Middle East at AGCO Corporation from 2013 to 2019; Vice President and General Manager in the Global Engine Components Division of TRW Automotive from 2007 to 2013; Vice President from Global Automotive Division of Tyco Electronics from 2005 to 2006; Vice President & General Manager for Services Material Solutions of Bombardier Transportation from 2002 to 2005; and Director Materials, Supply Chain Management of Dell Computer Corporation from 2000 to 2001.

Mr. Christian Harm has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this he served as a Executive Vice President Finance and Operations and various other roles at Kion Group. Previously he served at Linde AG, McKinsey & Company, Inc and Unilever GmbH.

Ms. Valeria Gargiulo has been the Chief People Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President People & Organisational Development of Daimler Truck AG from 2021 to 2023; Vice President HR Services of Daimler AG from 2021 to 2021; Vice President HR Development & Corporate Organization of Daimler AG from 2018 to 2020; and Director, Corporate Organization, HR Planning & Reporting of Daimler AG from 2015 to 2018. Ms Gargiulo also held various senior level position in Daimler AG from 1992 to 2017.

Mr. Ching Pong Quek has been the Chief Technology Officer and President of KION ITS Asia Pacific at the company since 2024. Prior ton this, he served as a Member of the Board of Directors of KION North America Corporation, South Carolina (USA). Mr. Quek also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Linde (China) Forklift Truck Corp., Ltd., and Xiamen (People’s Republic of China).

Mr. Mohsen Sohi has been the Chairman of the company since May 2025. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Freudenberg SE and Spokesman of the Board of Management of Freudenberg & Co. Kommanditgesellschaft. Mr. Sohi served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership in Plymouth, Michigan (USA) and held multiple Senior Executive positions at NCR Corporation and Honeywell.
