Mr. Masakatsu Mori is the Chairman of the company. he also serves as the Director of Yamato Holdings Co., Ltd and Stanley Electric Co., Ltd. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman and President of International University of Japan. He also served as the Chief Corporate Advisor, Chairman and Management Director of Accenture Japan Ltd. Prior to that, he served as the President and Management Director of Accenture Japan Ltd.

Mr. Yoshinori Isozaki has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Kirin Company Limited. Previously, Mr. Isozaki worked as the Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kirin Brewery Company from 2012 to 2015. He also served as the Managing Director from 2010 to 2012; Senior Executive Officer, General Manager of Corporate Planning Department; and Executive Officer of the company. Earlier, he worked as a Director at San Miguel Corporation (San Miguel) in 2004. Mr. Isozaki joined the group in 1977.

Mr. Takeshi Minakata has been the President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company since March 2024. He was the Director of Blackmores Limited in August 2023. He also serves as the Director of Kyowa Kirin Co., Ltd. Previously, he served as the Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company Kyowa Hakko Bio Co Ltd; President and Chief Executive Officer of Myanmar Brewery Limited. He also served as the Senior Executive Officer and General Manager of Corporate Planning Dept. of Kirin Company Limited. Prior to that, he served as the Executive Officer and General Manager of Corporate Planning Dept. of Kirin Brewery Company Limited. Mr. Minakata joined the company in 1984.

Mr. Keisuke Nishimura has been the Senior Executive Vice President and Director of the company since 2017. He also serves as the Director and Chairman of Myanmar Brewery Limited; and Director of Lion Pty Ltd and San Miguel Brewery Inc. Previously, he served as the Director of Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, Inc.; Senior Executive Officer of Kirin Company, Limited; and Director and Vice Chairman of Myanmar Brewery Limited. Mr. Nishimura also worked as the Managing Director, Executive Officer and General Manager of Strategy Planning Dept. of the company. He joined the company in 1980.

Mr. Toshiya Miyoshi has been the Director and Senior Executive Officer of the company since 2015. He also serves as the Director of Kirin Beverage Company, Limited and San Miguel Brewery Inc. Previously, he served as the Senior Executive Officer and Director of Group Personnel & General Affairs of the Company. He also served as the Senior Executive Officer and General Manager of Personnel Dept. of Kirin Company, Limited. He also served as the Executive Officer and General Manager of Personnel & General Affairs Dept. of the company. Earlier, he served as the Executive Officer and General Manager of Personnel Dept. of Kirin Company, Limited. Mr. Miyoshi joined the company in 1982.
