Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Knight in 2012 and Secretary and Treasurer since 2011. He served as the Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance from 2011 to 2012 of the company and the Controller of Knight Refrigerated LLC from 2006 to 2011.

Mr. Andrew Hess has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company 2024. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for Swift Transportation. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President of Finance for Knight Transportation. Mr. Hess also served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aerospace Services & Connectivity at Honeywell International, Inc.

Mr. Soumit Roy has been an Executive Vice President, the General Counsel and a Secretary of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel, the Chief Human Resources Officer, and Secretary at EVO Transportation. Mr. Roy also served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, Chief Human Resources Officer, and a Secretary at Daseke Inc.
