Mr. Marc Llistosella has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corporation; Head of Daimler Trucks Asia (DTA), Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Llistosella served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corporation. He also served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV). From 2004 to 2006, he served as the Head of Business Development and Strategy at Daimler AG; from 2001 to 2004, as Head of Strategic Planning and Asian Cooperation Projects at DaimlerChrysler AG; and from 1997 to 1998, as Manager of Sales Network at Mercedes-Benz AG.

Mr. Frank Markus Weber has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Head of Transformation at Mercedes Benz AG; and Head of Daimler Corporate Development and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Real Estate at Daimler AG. From 2013 to 2016, Mr. Markus served as the Chief Financial Officer at Daimler Trucks Asia, and from 2011 to 2013, as Chief Financial Officer at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation. He served as the Head of Controlling Operations, Head of Controlling Assembly Plants, Head of Controlling CORE-Project, Head of Strategic Controlling and Projects, Head of Controlling Funding Requirements at Mercedes Benz Passenger Cars. Mr. weber also served as the Manager of Strategic Planning at Daimler AG.

Ms. Kathrin Dahnke has been the Chief Human Resources and Integrity Officer and Member of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as a Director at UniCredit Bank AG from 2020 to 2024. Previously, Ms. Dahnke served as the Senior Vice President of Group Legal and Compliance and as a General Counsel at innogy SE, RWE AG, RWE Innogy GmbH and RWE Gas Midstream GmbH. Earlier, she served as the Head of Corporate Law and Derivatives, and Foreign Exchanges at RWE Trading GmbH from 2000 to 2008. Ms. Dahnke served as the Head of the Legal Department at RWE Telliance AG from 1995 to 1997. She also served as a Legal Council at RWE AG from 1992 to 1995.

Mr. Reinhard Ploss has been the Chairman of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Technology of chip manufacturing operation and Head of the Power Semiconductor business at Siemens AG. Previously, Mr. Ploss served as the Head of Industrial Power business unit and as Managing Director at eupec GmbH & Co. KG. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Infineon Technologies AG.
