Ms. Keiko Erikawa has been the Chairman of the company since 2013. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Executive Director of Koyu Holdings Co Ltd. Previously, Ms. Erikawa Worked as the Director of the company, Tecmo Koei Europe Ltd. Koei Net Co Ltd and KOEI Co., Ltd. Earlier, she worked as the Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KOEI Corp.

Mr. Yoichi Erikawa has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2010. He also has been the President of KOYU Holdings Co Ltd, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KOEI Tecmo Games Co Ltd, Director of KOEI Tecmo Wave Co Ltd, Chairman of KOEI Tecmo Net Co Ltd. He also serves as a Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KOEI Tecmo America Corp and KOEI Tecmo Europe Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Lead Advisor of Koei Co Ltd. Mr. Kenjiro Asano has been the Chief Financial Officer, Director, and Senior Executive Officer of the company since 2018. He also serves as the Executive Officer and General Manager of Business Administration division of the company and Director of KOEI Tecmo Games Co Ltd. Previously, he served as the Senior Executive Director of KOEI Tecmo Wave Co Ltd and KOEI Co Ltd. Earlier, Mr. Asano worked as the Director of KOEI Corporation and Managing Executive Officer of KOEI Co Ltd.
