Mr. Chris Figee has been a Director, and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at ASR Nederland NV. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at ASR Nederland. Previously, Mr. Figee, worked as for over five years as a member of the Achmea Group Committee and a Director of Group Finance. He served as the Partner from 2006 to 2009. Earlier, he worked in various positions, including Senior Portfolio Manager at Aegon. Currently, he also serves as a member of the Economic Board Zuid-Holland and a member of the Supervisory Board of UNICEF Netherlands. He joined McKinsey in 1992.

Mr. Joost Farwerck has been theChief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he held various senior management positions in various division at KPN in 1994. Mr. Farwerck also serves as member of the board of FME, Cyber Security Council, KPN, and Mooiste Contact Fonds. He joined the company in 1994.

Ms. Garssen serves as the Chief People Officer at KPN since 2019. Previously, she served as the Senior Managing Director Business Services at ABN AMRO Bank. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer, and Managing Director Change, Integration and Management Group Coordination & Reward at ABN AMRO Bank.

Ms. Marieke Snoep has been the Chief Business Market of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as a member of the board of T-Mobile Netherlands in 2012. She also held consultancy roles with Solvision (currently Ordina) and Atos Origin.

Gerard Van De Aast has been the Chairman of the company since April 2022. He also has been a Director since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Reed Business, VolkerWessels and Imtech NV. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of the NS Group, and the Vice-Chairman of the Signify.
