Mr. Roy Jakobs has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Business Leader for the Connected Care businesses and Personal Health businesses of the company. Previously, he worked as the Business Leader of Domestic Appliances, Market Leader for Philips Middle East & Turkey and Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer for Philips Lighting. He also held various management roles at Royal Dutch Shell and Reed Elsevier. Mr. Jakobs joined the company in 2010.

Mr. Abhijit Bhattacharya has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Philips Lighting. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Philips Healthcare. He also served as Head of Operations and Quality of the ST- Ericsson, and Chief Financial Officer of NXP’s largest business group. He joined Philips in 1987 and held various senior leadership positions in Asia Pacific, Europe and the U.S. He served as the Head of Investor Relations at Philips from 2010 to 2014.

Mr. Willem Appelo has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Interim Chief Supply Chain Officer. Prior to this, he worked as the Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy, Innovation & Deployment, and Vice President of Supply Chain Medical Devices at Johnson & Johnson. Earlier, he served as the President of Global Delivery and Technology Group at Xerox Corporation.

Mr. Shez Partovi has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as Worldwide Head of Business Development for Healthcare, Life Sciences and Medical Devices at Amazon Web Services. Prior to this, Mr. Partovi spent 20 years at Dignity Health.

Mr. Steve C de Baca has been the Chief Patient Safety and Quality Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of QRA of Orthopedics and Americas of Zimmer Biomet, Senior Vice President of Quality, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs of Danaher Diagnostic platform of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, Leica Biosystems, Radiometer & Cepheid. He also worked as the Vice President of Quality, of Cardio, Rhythm, and Vascular (CRV) and the Neuromodulation businesses at Boston Scientific.
