Clariane SE: Executives

Mr. Jean-Pierre Duprieu has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. also Duprieu serves as Member of the Board of Directors of the SEB group and member of the Supervisory Board of Dehon.

Ms. Sophie Boissard has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2020. Previously, She also held various positions in the public sector, notably at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the State Council and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance.

Mr. Philippe Garin has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance of the Renewable Power division at Alstom. He also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Consolis.

Mr. Nicolas Pecourt has been the Chief Communication Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Head of group communications at Credit Mutuel Alliance Federale since 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Pecourt served as the Director of Communications and CSR at Credit Foncier (BPCE group) from 2013 to 2018. He also served in charge of a department combining communications, institutional relations and forecasting for Credit Agricole Consumer Finance at Credit Agricole Group in 2004. Mr. Pecourt also served at Renault Group and Credit Lyonnais.

Mr. Didier Armaingaud has been the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Ethics and Quality of Service Officer of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as the Head of Ethics, Medical, Quality and France Regulatory at Korian since 2014. Mr. Armaingaud served as the Medical and Quality Director at MEDICA since 1999.
