Mr. Brian W. Christian has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since February 2026. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2023 to 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer of the company from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President at the company from 2011 to 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Manager of Strategic and Financial Planning from 2009 to 2011. Earlier, Mr. Christian also served as the Senior Vice President at Contran.

Mr. John A. Sunny has been the Vice President and the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Information Technology of the company from 2013 to 2015.Currently, Mr. Sunny also serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at Valhi and Contran.

Mr. Rainer F. Gruber has been the Executive Vice President, the Chief Manufacturing Officer and the Chief Technology Officer since 2022. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Technology of the company from 2019 to 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of product and process development of the company from 2014 to 2019.

Ms. Courtney J. Riley has been the Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Health, Safety, and Environment for the company from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Environmental Affairs from 2013 to 2020. Currently, Ms. Riley also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of NL; as Executive Vice President of Valhi; and as Senior Vice President of Contran.

Mr. Dennis Werner has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since August 2025. Previously, he served as the President of EMEAA from 2023 to 2025. Prior to this, he held various vice president positions in the company.
