Kronos Worldwide Inc: Executives

Mr. James M. Buch has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Kronos since 2023. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Operating Officer - Global Commercial from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Buch served as Vice President of Titanium Metals Corporation from 2006 to 2011 and as Executive Vice President of Commercial from 2011 to 2013.

Mr. Tim C. Hafer has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. He has also been serving as the Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to these roles, he served as the Controller for the company from 2006 to 2021 and the Vice President of the company from 2006 to 2019. Prior to this, Mr. Hafer held various financial positions in companies related to Kronos and also held finance officer roles at Contran.

Mr. Brian W. Christian has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer at the company from 2021 to 2023; Vice President at the company from 2011 to 2016; and Manager of Strategic and Financial Planning from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Christian also serves as the Senior Vice President at Contran.

Mr. John A. Sunny has been the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Information Technology at the company from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Sunny also serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at Valhi and Contran.

Mr. Rainer F. Gruber has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Manufacturing and Technology Officer since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Technology at the company from 2019 to 2022 and Vice President of product and process development from 2014 to 2019. Mr. Gruber has also served in various manufacturing and technology positions with us since 2003.
