Mr. Andre Kudelski has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1991. Previously, he served as the Director of Nagravision SA and Pay-TV Product Manager of the company. Prior to that, he held the position of R&D engineer at Kudelski SA. Mr. Kudelski also worked with Silicon Valley.

Mr. Claude Smadja has been the Vice Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as the Director of Information from 1992 to 1996 and Deputy Editor of the Information Department at Television Suisse Romande (TSR). He also worked as the Managing Director of the World Economic Forum.

Mr. Mauro Saladini has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2003. Previously, he held corporate finance and strategy projects relating to several industries including media and telecommunications at McKinsey & Co. He also served at Swiss Media Practice and as the joint head of the European Media Practice. Prior to this, he served as a financial services consultant at Accenture.

Ms. Nancy Goldberg has been the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Previously, she served as a Consultant at Amazon Web Services from 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Strategic Accounts at Deluxe Entertainment Service Group Inc. Ms. Goldberg also served as the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Accounts at Technicolor, Inc. from 2010 to 2015; Vice President of Strategic Business Development at RealNetworks, Inc; Vice President of Corporate Development at Ascent Media Group LLC from 2004 to 2008. Earlier, she worked as the Vice President of Operational Finance, and Creative Services; and Financial Analyst of Home Entertainment division at Technicolor Inc. Ms. Goldberg started her career in 1982 as an independent athlete at Rock Climber and Snowboarder.

Mr. Morten Solbakken has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Digital TV of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Conax from 2011 to 2014. He also worked as the Chairman of the Boards of Conax, Telenor Satellite and Norkring Previously, Mr. served as the Chief Operating Officer at Telenor Broadcast Holding; and Chief Strategy Officer at Telenor Broadcast Holding AS from 2007 to 2011. He started his career in 1995 as a satellite systems engineer in Telenor International.
