Mr. Terence Goodlace has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Gengold and Chief Executive Officer of Metorex Limited. Mr. Goodlace was the Chief Executive Officer and a Director at Impala Platinum Holdings Limited. Currently, he serves a Director at Gold Fields Limited and Andrada Mining Limited.

Ms. Mpumi Zikalala has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the General Manager at De Beers Kimberley Mines in 2007. Ms. Zikalala served as the General Manager at De Beers Voorspoed mine. Earlier, she was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of De Beers Consolidated Mines and Managing Director of De Beers Group Managed Operations. Ms. Zikalala also served as the Senior Vice-President at De Beers Sightholder Sales South Africa. She served as a Director at Black Management Forum, and Mintek.

Mr. Xolani Mbambo has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2026. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Grindrod Limited. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Freight Services.

Ms. Tumi Mbatha has been the Chief Transformation Officer at the company since 2024. Prior to this, she held commercial leadership roles in operational and corporate functions.

Ms. Simi Ramgoolam has been an Executive Head of Human Resources at the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at the company. Earlier, she held similar roles across various industries, including at the City of Cape Town, IBM, Edcon, Afrisam, Investec and Rand Merchant Bank.
