Mr. Michiya Kadota has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. Prior to this he served as the President and Representative Director of the company from 2016 to 2023. Prior to this, he also served as Executive General Manager of Administrative Division and Director from 2014 to 2016. He also served as Executive Officer from 2013 to 2014. Previously, he served as General Manager of Finance and Accounting Dept, Internal Auditing Dept, Business Process Reengineering Dept and Corporate Planning Division from 2006 to 2012. He joined Kurita Water Industries Ltd in 1983.

Mr. Shuji Shirode has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2024 and Director since June 2021. He also serves as the Executive General Manager of the Corporate Control and Administration Division since June 2021.

Mr. Yasuo Suzuki has been the Chief Business Officer, Executive General Manager and Senior Management Director of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the general manager of global sales headquarters and global business management of the company from 2020 to 2023. Prior to this he served as the Director of the company from 2018 to 2020. Mr. Suzuki also served as the General Manager- Global Sales Headquarters from April 2018 to June 2018. Preceding this, he held various positions including Head of Sales Department and Executive Officer of the company from 2011 to 2017

Mr. Kunihiro Kuse has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since April 2024 and Executive General Manager of the Engineering Division since April 2023.
