Mr. Hamad Abdul Mohsen Al Marzouq has been the Chairman of the bank since 2014. Mr. Al Marzouq was a Director of the Kuwait Institute of Banking Studies (KIBS) from 2003 to 2014. He also served as the Chairman of Ahli United Bank – Kuwait (AUBK) from 2002 to 2014, and as the Vice-Chairman of AUBK in the U.K. from 1998 to 2014, in Egypt from 2006 to 2014, in Bahrain from 2000 to 2014, and in Amman from 2007 to 2014. He was also Vice Chairman of Iraqi Commercial Bank from 2006 until 2014. He held the position of Vice Chairman of Middle East Financial Investment Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 2009 to 2013 and was a Deputy Chairman of Al Ahli Bank in Qatar from 2004 to 2013. He was also a Director of Kuwait and Middle East Company for Finance and Investment based in Kuwait and the company’s Vice Chairman then Chairman from 2002 to 2010. Mr. Al Marzouq also held positions at the Central Bank of Kuwait as Assistant Director of the Technical Affairs Office in 1990, as the Deputy Manager of Financial Control from 1992 to 1996 and then served as Director of Financial Control Department from 1996 to 1998. He started his career at the Kuwait Investment Company as an Investment Officer in the U.S. investment portfolio and derivatives department from 1987 until 1990.

Mr. Gehad Mohamed El-Bendary has been the Chief Risk Officer of the bank since 2018. Earlier, he held various roles at the bank including General Manager, Risk Management from 2016 to 2018; Deputy General Manager - Portfolio & Enterprise Risk Management from 2013 to 2016 and Head of Enterprise Risk Management Unit from 2012 to 2013.

Mr. Abdullah Abu Al-Hous has been the Group Chief Operations Officer of the bank since 2015. He was the Chief Operations Officer at Warba Bank from 2011 to 2012. Prior to this, he worked at the National Bank of Kuwait from 1994 to 2011, where he held the position of Deputy General Manager of Operations. He also worked as Senior Supervisor of Operations at Ahli United Bank Kuwait from 1992 to 1994. Earlier, he served as a Credit Analyst at Gulf Bank from 1987 to 1992.

Mr. Abdulwahab Al-Rushood has been the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2020 and is its Chief Treasury and Financial Institutions Officer since 2015. He also serves as a Member of Board for Kuwait Finance House and Aviation Leasing & Finance Company (ALAFCO). Previously, he held the position of General Manager of Kuwait and Treasury at KFH since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the Treasury Department since 2005. He joined the bank as a Senior Dealer Money Market in 2002. Previously, he also served as the Chairman of KFH Labuan Berhad from 2012 to 2013, board member at Kuwait Finance House of Malaysia from 2007 to 2013, Liquidity Management House (KFH Investment Company) from 2008 to 2013, Development Enterprises Holding Company (DEH) from 2014 to March 2016 and (LMC) Liquidity Management Centre from 2006 until April 2016. He begun his professional career at Gulf Bank in 1988 where he worked until 2002.

Mr. Fahad Al-Mukhaizeem has been the Group Chief Strategy Officer of the bank since 2015. Prior to joining the bank, he served as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics in the Administrative Sciences College at Kuwait University for 5 years. He commenced his career at KFH in the Strategic Planning Department in 2001.
