He also served as a Executive Officer and Director in Regulatory Affairs Department.

Mr. Motohiko Kawaguchi is the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Global Finance of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Accounting Department in Kyowa Hakko Kirin Co., Ltd. He also served as an Executive Officer and Director of Accounting Department in Kyowa Hakko Kirin Co., Ltd. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Officer and Director of Finance Department of the company.

Mr Yasuo Fujii has been the Chief Strategy Officer, Managing Executive Officer, Vice President and Head of Strategy Division of the company since 2023. Before this, he served as Executive Officer, Director and Business Development of the company since 2018. Prior to this, Deputy Director and Overseas Business Department since 2017. He also served as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President since 2011 and 2012.

Mr. Wataru Murata has been the Chief People Officer and Global Human Resources Head of the company. Prior to this, he served as Senior Managing Executive Officer since 2021.
