Mr. Christopher E. Kubasik has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Chairman of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) and a member of the Air Force Association (AFA), the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), the Navy League of the United States, the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Board of Directors, and the Florida Council of 100. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman, President, and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2019 to 2021. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, and President of the company from 2018 to 2019. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation in 2010.

Mr. Kenneth Sharp has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Peraton Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of DXC Technology and Northrop Grumman’s Defense Systems business. Earlier, he served as an auditor at Ernst & Young.

Ms. Melanie Rakita has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources, IMS from February 2023 to March 2023, SAS from July 2019 to February 2023, and Electronic Systems from February 2018 to June 2019 at the company. She also worked as the Vice President of Talent and Inclusion from February 2017 to February 2018, Vice President of Critical Networks from November 2015 to February 2017 and Vice President of Human Resources of Harris Critical Networks segment at the company. Previously, she served as the Director and Human Resources Officer at United Technologies Corporation (UTC) for Sikorsky Defense Systems & Services. Earlier, she worked at L’Oreal USA, and Colgate-Palmolive Company and held various HR positions.

Ms. Heidi Wood has been the a Vice President, Chief Digital and the Chief Transformation Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Technology at the company from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of 6P Color, Inc. She held various roles at CAE, including Executive Vice President, responsible for enterprise-wide business development and growth initiatives;initiatives, President of CAE Healthcare. She also served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy for Spirit AeroSystems from 2013 to 2016. She spent 20 years on Wall Street, including 14 years as Managing Director and the global Head of Morgan Stanley’s Aerospace & Defense equity research practice.
