Ms. Stephane Pallez serves as the Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of the company November 2014. Prior to this, she served as Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of the CCR reinsurance group from 2011 to 2014. She served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at France Telecom-Orange telecommunications Group from 2004 to 2011. Previously, she served in various positions in the executive management of the Treasury at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Presently, she serves as a Director of Eurazeo and CNP Assurances, and as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris.

Mr. Charles Lantieri serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2006. He also serves as Chairman of company’s subsidiaries- FDP and FDJ Services, and as Chairman of FDJ Corporate Foundation. Prior to this, he served as Head of Department and Deputy Budget Director at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. He also served as Director of several companies including France Television, Gaz de France, La Poste, Agence France Presse and institutions such as Ecole Polytechnique and Institut Pasteur.
