Ms. Melinda D. Whittington has been the Chairperson of the company since 2025. She also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2021. She also serves on the board of the United Way of Lake County, Illinois and is a member of the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business Accounting Advisory Board.

Mr. Taylor Luebke has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, he served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of the company. Prior to that, Mr. Luebke held several financial leadership roles at The Procter & Gamble Company.

Ms. Carol Y. Lee has been the Chief Information Officer and a Vice President and of the company since June 2022. Prior to this she served as a Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Consolidated Hospitality Supplies, LLC from August 2021 to June 2022. Previously she served as a Senior Director of Global Digital Technology Solutions at American Hotel Register Company from July 2019 to August 2021.

Ms. Raphael Z. Richmond has been the Chief Compliance Officer, a Vice President, and the General Counsel of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Director of Corporate Compliance and Employment Law from April 2019 to April 2021. Previously, she worked as the Global Director of Compliance of Ford Motor Company since 2013.

Ms. Katherine E. Vanderjagt has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and a Vice President of the company since 2018.
