Ms. Melinda D. Whittington has been the Chief Executive Officer, the President and a Director of the company since 2021. Mr. Robert G. Lucian has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of Finance of the company from January 2019 to April 2021. Prior to joining La-Z-Boy, Mr. Lucian was with Coty Inc as Chief Financial Officer of North America from October 2016 to June 2018.

Ms. Carol Y. Lee has been the Chief Information Officer and a Vice President and of the company since June 2022.
