Mr. Adam H. Schechter has been the Chairman, the President, and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2020. Previously, he served as the President, the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company. Prior to that, he served as an Executive Vice President, President of Merck’s Global Human Health Division, and President of Global Pharmaceutical Business of Merck & Co Inc.

Mr. Glenn A. Eisenberg has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer at The Timken Company. Before joining Timken Company, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of United Dominion Industries. He is a board member of Family Dollar Stores Inc. and Alpha Natural Resources Inc.

Mr. Peter J. Wilkinson has been the Chief Accounting Officer and the Senior Vice President of the company since April 2019. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Accounting for the company. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Syneos Health Inc’s clinical division from August 2017 to July 2018. Mr. Wilkinson served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of INC Research Holdings Inc from February 2016 to August 2017. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance Department at INC Research from April 2014 to February 2016.

Ms. Amy B. Summy has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since March 2020. Previously, she was a Partner, Marketing & Insights Practice Leader for the Americas for Ernst & Young LLP. Prior to that, she served as the Senior Vice President and the Chief Marketing Officer for TE Connectivity Ltd.

Ms. Sandra D. van der Vaart has been the Executive Vice President, Secretary, the Chief Legal Officer and the Chief Compliance Officer of the company since February 2020. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President, Global General Counsel, the Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of the company. LabCorp’s Senior Vice President, and Deputy Chief Legal Officer since September 2015 and General Counsel, Assistant Secretary, and Senior Vice President since January 2009. Prior to these roles, Ms. van der Vaart served in several other roles in the legal department since January 2001 at LabCorp.
