Mr. Adam H. Schechter has been the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and President of Merck’s Global Human Health Division; President of Merck’s global pharmaceutical business; and Director of European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), Healthcare Leadership Council, and the Merial Animal Health Co. Mr. Schechter currently, also serves as Director with DaVita Inc, Water.org, and American Clinical Laboratory Association (ACLA); and as Corporate Advisory Council for the National Alliance for Hispanic Health.

Ms. Julia A. Wang has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Advisor and as Chief Financial Officer at BeiGene Ltd. Ms. Wang also served as the Senior Vice President of Global Business Finance and Corporate Planning at Alexion Pharmaceuticals Inc; Vice President of US Regional Finance and Enterprise Commercial and Vice President of Finance of Value Creation for Quest Diagnostics Inc; Chief Financial Officer for Medical Device and Pharmaceuticals Operating Businesses for Johnson & Johnson and Head of Finance Initiatives at PepsiCo Inc.

Ms. Amy B. Summy has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as a Partner and Marketing & Insights Practice Leader for the Americas of Ernst & Young LLP; Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for TE Connectivity Ltd; and as Vice President of TE Connectivity Ltd. Ms. Summy has also served as Managing Director and General Manager of New York and West Coast offices and Chief Marketing Officer for Sapient Corp. Currently, she also serves as Director of No More Kids with Cancer and as a Member of the Corporate Council and Brain Tumor Board of Visitors for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Ms. Kathryn W. Kyle has been the Executive Vice President, Secretary, and Chief Legal Officer of the company since January 2026. Prior to this, she served as the General Counsel of the company in 2016.

Mr. Akinbolade Oyegunwa has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Technology Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Decentralized Clinical Trials Technology; Chief Information Officer of Labcorp’s Drug Development; and as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Systems of Data and Technology. Mr. Oyegunwa has also served as Global Head of Virtual Trials Technology and Director of Corporate Strategy at IQVIA; Global Head of Corporate and Digital Strategy at Cenduit LLC; and as Board Advisor for Headlands Research.
