Mr. Jan Jenisch has been the Chief Executive Officer since 2017 and the Chairman of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sika AG from 2012 to 2017.

Ms. Hanne Birgitte Breinbjerg Sorensen serves as the Vice Chairwoman of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer at Damco in The Hague, Netherlands. Earlier, she held various roles within A.P. Moller-Maersk Group including the Chief Executive Officer at Maersk Tankers, and the Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Maersk Line.

Mr. Steffen Kindler has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Nestle Germany from 2018 to May 2023. He was the Head of Investor Relations at Nestle from 2015 to 2017; Senior Advisor of Corporate Merger and Acquisitions at Nestle; and Vice President of Finance and Control at Nestle Beverages 2011 to 2013. Mr. Kindler held various other roles in Nestle Group.

Mr. Feliciano Gonzalez Munoz has been the Head of Human Resources at the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Labor Relations and interim Chief Executive Officer of Spain at the company. He was the Human Resources Director for Europe region at the company. Earlier, Mr. Munoz worked at BPB Plc, Fujitsu, and Almirall.

Ms. Jamie M. Gentoso has been the Head of Solutions and Products Business Unit at the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Construction Specialties at Sika Corporation US. She also served as a Director at Precast Concrete Educational Foundation, Ready Mix Concrete Foundation, and the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) program.
