Mr. Kim Fausing has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Previously, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Danfoss. Mr. Fausing served as the Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Board at Danfoss. Before joining Danfoss, he was a member of the Hilti Group Executive Management Team and Head of the Division Fastening and Protection Systems. Mr. Fausing held several international roles within the Hilti Group in Europe and Asia.

Mr. Miljan Gutovic has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Region Head of Europe at Holcim. Prior to this, Mr. Gutovic was the Head of Middle East & Africa and a member of the Executive Committee. Before joining Holcim, he worked in various management roles at Sika AG.

Mr. Steffen Kindler has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Nestle Germany from 2018 to May 2023. He was the Head of Investor Relations at Nestle from 2015 to 2017; Senior Advisor of Corporate Merger and Acquisitions at Nestle; and Vice President of Finance and Control at Nestle Beverages 2011 to 2013. Mr. Kindler held various other roles in Nestle Group.

Ms. Alexia Sommer has been the Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, she served as a Head of Employee Communications, Digital and Group Events at Holcim from 2020 to 2025. Prior to this, Ms. Sommer held corporate affairs positions in government and non-profit organizations before moving into corporate communications roles in the fast-moving consumer goods and travel industries.

Mr. Lukas Studer has been the General Counsel of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the General Counsel Corporate and M&A at the company. Mr. Studer joined Holcim in 2008, where he played a key role in executing the company's growth and portfolio transformation through its M&A strategy.
