Mr. Hoshi Printer has been a Chairman of the company since 2010. Currently, he serves as a Director at Transient Plasma Systems (TPS) and the southern California Pacific Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Catalytica, Soane Technologies, peerless systems corporation, Autobytel, Private access Inc, Avamar Technologies Inc and Neuron data. Previously, he also held various Senior Management roles at Xerox Corporation.

Mr. Saleel Awsare has been the Director and President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Enterprise and Mobile Division at Synaptics. Previously, he served as a President of Conexant Systems, LLC. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of PC and Peripherals from August 2020 to September 2023. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Synaptic’s IoT division from April2019 to July 2020. Mr. Awsare served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Investor Relations at synaptics from October 2018 to April 2019. Earlier, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Audio and Imaging products.

Mr. Kurt Hoff has been the Chief Revenue Officer of the company since April 2025. Prior to this, he served as vice president of worldwide sales since March 2024. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Global sales at Mythic AI from May 2020 to December 2022. He also served as the Senior Vice President of worldwide sales at Synaptic Inc since July 2017 to July 2020 and Conexant systems Inc. from November 2025. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at silicon Laboratories Inc from July 2007 to November 2015.

Mr. Brent Stringham has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Accounting Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company from September 2024 to December 2024. Prior to this, he held financial leadership positions at Iteris Inc., Netlist Inc., and Ernst & Young.

Mr. Mathi Gurusamy has been the Chief Product and Strategy Officer of the company since April 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer of the company from May 2024 to April 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Ikotek USA, Inc. Earlier, he served as President at Telit Cinterion, an end-to-end IoT solutions enabler, from October 2022 to October 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Telit from January 2010 to March 2016. Earlier, he served as the Global Vice President – Operations & Supply Chain of Telit from June 2008 to December 2009.
