Mr. Sadanobu Takemasu has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he held various positions including Chief Human Resource Officer, Director of Marketing Strategy Division and Director of Entertainment Business Division of the company from 2017 to 2021. Previously, Mr. Takemasu worked as the Chief Operating Officer, President and Representative Director of the company from 2016 to 2017. He also served as the Senior Executive Vice President, Representative Director of Corporate Staff Divisions and Division Director of Corporate Sales and Store Development Division of the company. Earlier, Mr. Takemasu served as the Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Administration Department, Corporate Strategy and Planning Department of Mitsubishi Corp.

Mr. Kiyotaka Kikuchi has been the Director of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Executive Vice President, Group Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer of Consumer Industry Group, Retail Division of Mitsubishi Corp. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, General Manager, and Chief Operating Officer- Fresh Food Products Division of Mitsubishi Corporation. Previously, Mr. Kikuchi worked as the Director, General Manager- Food Retail Department, Retail Division of Mitsubishi Corp.
