Mr. Kenneth M. Jacobs has been the Chairman of company since November, 2009. Previously he served as a Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the company and as the Chief Executive Officer of Lazard North America from January, 2002 to November, 2009. He also served as a Managing Director of the company. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Chicago and the Brookings Institution.

Mr. Peter R. Orszag has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer of Financial Advisory at Lazard Freres & Co LLC from 2019 to 2023 and Head of North America Mergers & Acquisitions and Global Co-Head of Healthcare at Lazard.

Ms. Mary Ann Betsch has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2022. Prior to this role, she worked with Citadel and held various roles related to Finance and Accounting Divisions. Previously, she served in various positions related to Audit and Advisory and also as partner at PwC.

Mr. Mike Gathy has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Managing Director of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Global Head of Investment Management Controllership and Capital at Morgan Stanley. Previously he served 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Scott D. Hoffman has been the Chief Administrative Officer of the company since July 2017 and is its General Counsel since 2005. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Lazard Group and as its Director in 1998, and Assistant General Counsel from February 1994 to 2001. He served as an attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
