Mr. Raymond E. Scott has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director since 2018. Prior to this, he held various positions at the company, including as the Senior Vice President in 2009, and the President of Lear’s global Electrical Power Management Systems division. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and President of the global seating division of the company. Earlier, Mr. Scott held other executive positions in both Europe and the US regions of the company, including the President of Lear's North American Seating Systems, President of Lear's European Customer-Focused division, Vice President and General Manager of Lear GM-Europe, President of the General Motors and Fiat Customer-Focused divisions, Vice President of Operations for Lear-Saab, and Sales Director for Lear's GM division. Currently, he serves as a member of the Detroit Regional Partnership board, the Detroit Economic Club board, the Board of Trustees for Kettering University, and the Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business Alumni Board. He is also a member of the Business Leaders of Michigan. Mr. Scott joined the company in 1988.

Mr. Jason M. Cardew has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Finance for the Seating and E-Systems division and Vice President of Finance for the Seating division of the company; Mr. Cardew has also served as Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer; Vice President of Finance for the Financial Planning and Analysis division; and Vice President of Finance for the company.

Ms. Amy A. Doyle has been the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this role, she served as the company's Assistant Corporate Controller. Ms.Doyle has also served as the Director of Financial Reporting and as Manager of Financial Reporting for the company; and as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Ms. Alicia J. Davis has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations; and Vice President of Investor Relations for the company. Ms. Davis has also served as a Faculty at the University of Michigan Law School; Lawyer at Kirkland & Ellis; as Vice President at Raymond James & Associates; and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Harry A. Kemp has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this role, he served as the company's Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Kemp has also served as Vice President and Corporate Counsel for the company; Vice President and Divisional Counsel of the Seating division for the company; Vice President and Divisional Counsel of E-Systems for the company; Partner at Bodman PLC and as Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Co.
