Mr. Karl G. Glassman has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from 2013 to 2019. Previously, he served several positions in the company including the Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2015 and Executive Vice President from 2002 to 2013/ Previously, Mr. Glassman also served as President of the Residential Furnishings Segment from 1999 to 2006; Senior Vice President from 1999 to 2002 and help various roles in the company since 1982.

Mr. J. Mitchell Dolloff has been the President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2019 to 2022 and was the President of Bedding Products from 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Dolloff served as the President of Specialized Products and Furniture Products from 2017 to 2019; Senior Vice President and President of Specialized Products from 2016 to 2017 and Vice President and President of the Automotive Group from 2014 to 2015. Earlier, he served as the President of Automotive Asia from 2011 to 2013 and Vice President of Specialized Products from 2009 to 2013. He joined the company in 2000 and held various positions from 2000 to 2009. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Dolloff worked in the mergers, acquisitions and securities department at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Mr. Benjamin M. Burns has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Internal Audit, Vice President and Treasurer, Vice President of Business Support Services and Senior Vice President of the company. He joined the company in 2003 in the Internal Audit department.

Ms. Tammy M. Trent has been the Senior Vice President of the company since 2017. He has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2015. Previously, she served as the Vice President of the company from 2015 to 2017. Ms. Trent also served as the Staff Vice President, Financial Reporting of the company from 2007 to 2015. She joined the company in 1998 and held various financial positions.

Mr. Michael W. Blinzler has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2017. He has been the Vice President of Information Technology of the company since 2004. Prior to these roles, Mr. Blinzler held various roles in the company between 1986 to 2004, including Programmer, Project Manager, Financial Systems Manager and roles related to International ERP and ECommerce Planning.
