Mr. Thomas A. Bell has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as President of Defense at Rolls-Royce plc. He also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rolls-Royce North America (Rolls-Royce) since February 2018. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Defense, Space and Security at The Boeing Company in 2015.

Mr. Christopher R. Cage has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller, Senior Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis of the company. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for the company’s Health Group.

Mr. James F. Carlini has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, Mr. Carlini founded and operated a National Security Consultancy from May 2006 to October 2018. Previously, he served as Vice President of Advanced Development Programs at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems from July 2002 to May 2006.

Ms. Carly E Kimball has been the Chief Performance Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, she held various positions within the company including; Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller of the company from 2021 to 2024 and Assistant Corporate Controller. Earlier, Ms. Kimball served as the Chief Financial Officer of CACI Products Company Inc. Earlier, she served as Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Aerospace and Defense audit practice.

Mr. Gerry Fasano has been the Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he held various positions within the company including; President for our Defense Group since in 2018, and Chief of Business Development and Strategy Officer. Previously, he worked at Lockheed Martin Corporation.
