Mr. Yang Yuanqing has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he has over 30 years of experience in the field of ICT industry. He also serves as an Independent Director of Baidu, Inc and Taikang Insurance Group Inc.

Mr. Wong Wai Ming has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2007. He also serves as a member at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the company from 1999 to 2007.

Ms. Gina Qiao is the Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Prior to this, she worked in various senior roles across marketing, global strategy, and human resources, as well as Lenovo’s Mobile Business Group in China. Ms. Qiao also served on the Executive Committee of the All-China Women’s Federation. She joined the company in 1990.

Mr. Arthur Hu has been the Chief Technology and Delivery Officer of the Solutions and Services Group of the company since April 2022. He also serves as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, he held various leadership positions at the company. He joined the company in 2009.

Mr. Yong Rui has been the Senior Vice President and the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Managing Director of Microsoft Research Asia. He also held various leadership positions in R&D strategy, basic research, technology incubation and product development at Microsoft.
