Mr. Stefano Pontecorvo has been the Chairman of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Italian Ambassador to Pakistan and Deputy Chief of Mission at the Italian Embassies in Moscow and London. Previously, he served in the Italian Representation Offices to the European Union and to NATO. He also worked as the Director of the Stability Pact for the Balkans. Mr. Pontecorvo held various positions in the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including Head of the Financial Office of the Directorate General for Development Cooperation and Chief of Staff of three deputy Secretaries General and deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Lorenzo Mariani has been the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the company since May 2026.

Mr. Giuseppe Aurilio has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2025. Previously, he served Lieutenant of Guardia di Finanza. He joined Ernst & Young as audit of Italian and international groups and on M&A transactions. He worked with different roles within the Finance department at Corporate, responsibility of Group Tax and Administration department. Earlier, he worked as the role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Leonardo and Thales.

Ms. Raffaella Luglini has been Chief Sustainability Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as Investor Relations Officer. Previously, she served as Chief Stakeholder Officer and Chairman of Ansaldo Foundation.

Ms. Elena Napolitano has been the Chief Compliance Officer of the company since 2023. She also served as Senior Compliance Officer within the organization of Leonardo Group General Counsel. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Business Compliance and Vice President Commercial Audit from 2013 to 2014. Previously, she served as Head of Compliance of Alenia Aermacchi.
