Mr. Ingo Spengler has been the Director and Chief Operating Officer of Operations Wiring Systems Division (Production Management, Value Chain Management, Strategic Purchasing, Operations Project Management, Country Management, Quality Management & Safety/Health/Environment) of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Operations and Managing Director at LEONI Bordnetz-Systeme GmbH, Kitzingen since 2021. Mr. Ingo also served as the Chief Executive Officer/President, Global Vice President Manufacturing & Quality and Managing Director of Faurecia Innenraum Systeme GmbH and Vice President of EMEA at FAURECIA.

Ms. Ingrid Jagering has been the Director and Chief Financial Officer and Director of Labour of the company since August 2019. Earlier, she served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer , Managing Director , Labour Director of OSRAM Opto Semiconductors GmbH. Ms. Jagering also worked at MAN Diesel & Turbo SE, Augsburg and Oberhausen as the Vice President and CFO Business Unit Turbo Machinery and Power Plants. In addition she served Various management positions at Siemens AG until 2012.

Mr. Harald Nippel has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Commercial Director at Krauss Maffei Group GmbH. He also served as the Commercial Director at ixetic GmbH and Magna Powertrain. Previously, he served as the Director of BOWE Systec AG.

Mr. Klaus Rinnerberger has been the Chairman of the supervisory Board of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Finacial Officer at Polytec Holding AG, Horsching (Austria) and Chief Executive Officer at Peguform Group, Botzingen (Germany).
