Mr. Robert A. Eckert has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Mr. Eckert also serves as the Chairman Emeritus of Mattel, Inc. Previously, he worked at Kraft Foods Inc for 23 years and held senior management roles such as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Group Vice President. He also serves as the Director of McDonald’s Corp, Amgen Inc, Eyemart Express Holdings LLC, Enjoy Beer Holdings LLC, and Quinn Co.

Mr. Charles V. Bergh has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company from 2011 to 2024. Mr. Bergh held various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble Company for over 20 years, including as the President of Global Male Grooming. Mr. Bergh served as a Director for Economic Development Board of Singapore and VF Corporation. He also serves as the Chairman of HP Inc.

Ms. Michelle Gass has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2024 and President since 2023. Previously, she served as a Chief Executive Officer of Kohl’s. Ms. Gass also served over 16 years in leadership roles at Starbucks.

Mr. Harmit Singh has been the Chief Financial and Growth Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Hyatt Hotels Corp. Earlier, Mr. Singh held various global leadership positions at Yum! Brand foods, including the Chief Financial Officer of Pizza Hut US and Yum Restaurants International. He also worked at Price Waterhouse in India and American Express India. Mr. Singh also served as a Director of Buffalo Wild Wings Inc.

Ms. Liz O'Neill has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she held various roles at Gap Inc from 2001 to 2013. She also worked at The Disney Store and Abercrombie and Fitch in merchandising and product management areas.
