Mr. Raymond Debbane has been the Chairman of the company since 2012. He also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Invus Group, LLC and as the Exclusive Investment advisor of Benelux-based Artal Group S.A. Mr. Debbane serves as the Chairman and Director of a number of private companies in which Invus and Artal Group S.A. have invested. Mr. Debbane also served as the Manager in the Paris office of The Boston Consulting Group, Inc.

Mr. Lonnel Coats has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Eisai Inc and Eisai Corporation of North America. Mr. Coats also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer from 2004 to 2010 Vice President of US sales and marketing from 2003 to 2004 and Vice President of Human Resources from 2001 to 2003 of the company. Prior to joining Eisai, Mr. Coats spent eight years with Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a division of Johnson & Johnson, where he held a range of management and sales positions.

Mr. Jeffrey L. Wade has been the Chief Financial Officer and President of the company since 2021. Prior to that he served as the Executive Vice President Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer from May 2010 until February 2015. Mr. Wade also served as the General Counsel of the company and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2000. He served as a member of the board of directors of the Texas Healthcare and Bioscience Institute.

Dr. Craig Granowitz has been the Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as chief medical officer at Amarin Corporation plc. Prior to joining Amarin, Dr. Granowitz served as senior vice president and Head of Global Medical Affairs, Global Human Health at Merck & Co., Inc. Previously, he held various positions at Schering-Plough, including Group Vice President, Head of Global Medical Affairs.

Mr. Tom Garner has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2023. He served as the Senior Vice President and Head of the U.S. Cardiovascular and Established Brands business unit. He also held responsibility for BMS’ established brands portfolio, which includes medicines such as ABRAXANE (paclitaxel) and NULOJIX (belatacept).
