Mr. Ron Gusek has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since February 2025. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Technology and Development of the company. Mr. Gusek also served as Vice President of Corporate Engineering and Technology at Sanjel Corp. Mr. Gusek was also the Director of Engineering for Zodiac Exploration.

Mr. Michael Stock has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016 and Treasurer since March 2018. Prior to this,he served as the Chief Financial Officer of TAS Energy Inc. He was also the Chief Financial Officer of Pinnacle Technologies.

Mr. Ryan Gosney has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance of the company since January 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Vantage Energy Inc from July 2016 to February 2017 and as Chief Financial Officer for Dorado E&P Partners, LLC, from January 2012 to January 2016. Mr. Gosney also served as Controller of Delta Petroleum Corporation from October 2005 to 2012; and as Controller for Patina Oil & Gas Corporation from October 2002 to October 2005. He started his career as an auditor in Arthur Andersen, LLP in September 1995 and served in the organization till 2002.

Mr. R. Sean Elliot has been the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary since 2023. Priro to this, he served as the Assistant General Counsel at USAA Real Estate Company from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Elliott also served as the Counsel at Haynes and Boone, LLP from 2015 to 2016. He was also the Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of CARBO Ceramics Inc.

Mr. William F. Kimble has been the Chairman of the company since February 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Office Managing Partner and Managing Partner of Southeastern United States at KPMG LLP. He was also the Global Chairman of Industrial Markets at KPMG. Mr. Kimble currently serves as the Director of Northern Oil and Gas Inc.
