Ms. Linda Hasenfratz has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Canadian Chair of the North American Competitiveness Council. Ms. Hasenfratz also serves on the Board of Advisors for Catalyst Canada and the governing council, the Women On Boards Advisory Council.

Mr. Jim Jarrell has been the Chief Operating Officer, President and Director of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer and served at Linamar Sales Department. Mr. Jarrell also served as the General Manager at the company’s Roctel division in early 1995, and Director of Marketing in 1991. Previously, he served as the Group Vice President at Comtech Mfg. Ltd in 1995, General Manager at Hastech Inc in 1993, and Sales Manager at Magna International.

Mr. Dale Schneider has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Financial Analyst at the corporate headquarters. He also served as the Accounting Supervisor of Autocom Manufacturing; Director of Financial Planning and Analysis; Director of Finance; Corporate Controller and Executive Vice President of Finance.

Mr. Mark Stoddart has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the company. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of the Hastech Manufacturing facility. Mr. Stoddart also served as Engineer for the Corporate Marketing Department and in production control at the Roctel Manufacturing facility.
