Mr. William P. Angrick, III has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2000. Prior to this, he served at Deutsche Banc Alex. Mr. Angrick also served at Brown's Consumer and Business Services Investment Banking Group from 1995 to 1999.

Mr. Steven J. Weiskircher has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2019. He also served as the Chief Information Officer at Fanatics, Inc. and as the Vice President of Information Technology at Crutchfield Corporation.

Mr. Mark A Shaffer has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Associate General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel from September 2012 to July 2016. Prior to joining Liquidity Services, Mr. Shaffer served as the Senior Counsel and Global Compliance Officer at Barnes Group, Inc. from June 2010 to August 2012. He also served as Senior Counsel at Kmart Corporation.

Ms. Karen Fascenda has been the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company since July 2026. Previously, she served as Chief People Officer at Udemy from January 2023 to May 2026. Prior to this, she was the Vice President of People at GoPuff from June 2020 to January 2023. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Comcast from January 2018 to June 2020. She also worked at eBay, Inc. from June 2006 to January 2016.
