Mr. William P. Angrick, III has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2000. Prior to this, he served at Deutsche Banc Alex. Mr. Angrick also served at Brown's Consumer and Business Services Investment Banking Group from 1995 to 1999.

Mr. Jorge Celaya has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sitel Corporation from 1990 to 2003. Mr. Celaya also served at Schlumberger Ltd.

Mr. Steven J. Weiskircher has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Omnichannel, Marketing, and Digital Delivery Technology at GameStop. Mr. Weiskircher served as the Chief Information Officer at ThinkGeek. He also served as the Chief Information Officer at Fanatics, Inc. and as the Vice President of Information Technology at Crutchfield Corporation.

Mr. Mark A Shaffer has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Associate General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel from September 2012 to July 2016. Prior to joining Liquidity Services, Mr. Shaffer served as the Senior Counsel and Global Compliance Officer at Barnes Group, Inc. from June 2010 to August 2012. He also served as Senior Counsel at Kmart Corporation.

Mr. John P. Daunt has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, CAG North America from 2018 to 2019 and Senior Vice President, Global Operations and DoD from 2015 to 2018. Mr.Daunt also served as the Senior Vice President, Account Management Operations of the company from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of FedBid, Inc. Mr. Daunt also served at Mr. Daunt was Vice President and General Manager of AssetNation and an Account Executive at Ariba, Inc.
