Mr. William Kozy has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he has served at Becton, Dickinson and Co as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2011 to 2016; Head of Medical division from 2009 to 2011, President of the Biosciences segment from 2006 to 2009; President of Diagnostics segment from2002 to 2006 and Senior Vice President of Company Operations from 1998 to 2002. He currently serves as the Director of Cooper Companies Inc.

Mr. Vladimir A. Makatsaria has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, he held executive leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson. Previously, he served as the Chairman at J&J MedTech. Throughout his time at J&J, he held various executive roles, including leading J&J China, J&J MedTech APAC, and Ethicon EMEA, among others. Additionally, Mr. Makatsaria was a member of the global leadership teams for Ethicon, DePuy, and total MedTech. Earlier, he served as Chairman of the Board of the Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association and as an Advisory Board Member to Singapore Management University.

Mr. Alex Shvartsburg has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2021. Prior to this, he has been the Vice President Finance Strategy & Innovation from September 2017?to?January 2020; Vice President of Corporate Finance and Chief Financial Officer of International Markets from January 2020?to?November 2020; Interim Chief Financial Officer from November 2020 to July 2021. He has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Caligor Coghlan from June 2016? to September 2017; Vice President of Finance Genetic Science Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific from January 2014?to?June 2016; and Senior Finance Director of Mergers & Acquisitions with Life Technologies from June 2012?to?January 2014.

Ms. Trui Hebbelinck has been the Chief Human Resources Officer since March 2019. Prior to this, she led various human resources positions at General Electric. Ms. Hebbelinck also served as the Vice President of Human Resources Trading & Supply with Royal Dutch Shell plc from September 2015 to March 2019; and as its Vice President of Human Resources, Operations the UK, Ireland, Nordics, South Africa from January 2014 to September 2015. Ms. Hebbelinck has also served as Vice President , of Human Resources, International with General Electric Corp and in Human Resources with GE Capital Real Estate and GE Healthcare.
