Mr. William Kozy has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of LivaNova from April 2023 to February 2024. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2011 to 2016. Earlier, he served as Head of Medical division from 2009 to 2011; President of the Biosciences segment from 2006 to 2009; President of Diagnostics segment from 2002 to 2006; and Senior Vice President of Company Operations for Becton Dickson. He currently serves as the Director of Cooper Companies Inc.

Mr. Vladimir A. Makatsaria has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he held executive leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and as Chairman at J&J MedTech; a Member of the global leadership teams for Ethicon, DePuy, and total MedTech. Mr. Makatsaria has also served as Chairman of the Board of the Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association and as an Advisory Board Member to Singapore Management University.

Mr. Alex Shvartsburg has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance, Strategy & Innovation from September 2017?to?January 2020; Vice President of Corporate Finance and Chief Financial Officer of International Markets from January 2020?to?November 2020; Interim Chief Financial Officer from November 2020 to July 2021. Mr. Shvartsburg also served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Caligor Coghlan from June 2016? to September 2017; Vice President of Finance Genetic Science Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific from January 2014?to?June 2016; and Senior Finance Director of Mergers & Acquisitions with Life Technologies from June 2012?to?January 2014.

Ms. Anne Liddy has been Chief Legal Officer of the company since June 2026. Previously, she served as the General Counsel at Hologic. Prior to her role as General Counsel, Liddy held leadership positions of increasing responsibility within Hologic’s legal organization, with oversight spanning commercial, intellectual property, employment, compliance, and litigation matters. She also served as the Corporate Counsel at Pfizer, Inc. She began her legal career at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston.

Mr. Philip Kowalczyk has been the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Business Development-Vision, Head of Asia Pacific Strategy and Business Development in Singapore for Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Medtech. Mr. Kowalczyk has also served as Head of Global Strategy, Insights & Pricing, and as Business Development Director for Ethicon.
