Mr. Peter Coleman serves as the Chairman of the company. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Woodside Energy Ltd. Mr. Peter also served at ExxonMobil.

Mr. Paul Graves has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FMC from 2012 to 2018. Previously, Mr. Graves served as the Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Group. He also served as the Head of Natural Resources Investment Banking for Asia and Head of Chemical Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Gilberto Antoniazzi has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Risk Management and Compliance Section Manager at Wilmington Trust Company from 2006 to 2012.

Ms. Sarah Maryssael serves as Chief Strategy Officer and General Manager of Canada of the company. Previously, she served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Livent. Ms. Sarah also served at Boston Consulting Group, Vale and ExxonMobil.

Mr. Walter Czarnecki serves as the Co-Chief Commercial Officer of Downstream of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Walter served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at OmniMetrix. He also served at Acorn Energy; Ener1, Inc.; China Renaissance Partners and Lehman Brothers Investment Banking.
