Mr. Charles Alan Nunn has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the bank since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Global Chief Executive Officer at HSBC. Previously, he served in various positions such as Group Head of Wealth Management and Digital and Global Chief Operating Officer of Retail Banking and Wealth Management at HSBC. Mr. Nunn started his career at Accenture. He also served as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co.

Mr. William Leon David Chalmers has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the bank since 2019. Previously, he served as the Co-Head of the Global Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley. Prior to this, he held several senior roles at Morgan Stanley, including Head of EMEA Financial Institutions Group. Mr. William worked at JP Morgan, in the Financial Institutions Group.

Mr. Robin Francis Budenberg has been the Chairman of the bank since 2021. He also serves as the Chairman of The Crown Estate. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive and Chairman of UK Financial Investments. Prior to this, he served at S.G. Warburg and UBS Investment Bank.

Ms. Sarah Catherine Legg has been a Director of the bank since 2019. Prior to this, she served in various positions such as the Group Financial Controller, a Group General Manager, and Chief Financial Officer for HSBC’s Asia Pacific region. Previously, she served as a Non-Executive Director on the board of Hang Seng Bank Limited, a Hong Kong-listed bank.
