Mr. James D. Taiclet has been the Chairman President and Chief Executive Officer of the company March 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Tower Corp from 2004 to 2020. Previously, he served as the President of Honeywell Aerospace Services and the Vice President of Engine Services at Pratt & Whitney from 1996 to 1999. He also served as a consultant at McKinsey & Company from 1991 to 1996. Mr. Taiclet started his career as a U.S. Air Force officer and pilot and served a tour of duty in the Gulf War.

Mr. Evan Scott has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Missiles and Fire Control Business Units of the company. He also served as the Vice President and Treasurer, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Missiles and Fire Control of the company. He began his career at Lockheed Martin in June 1999.

Mr. Frank A. St. John has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Rotary and Mission Systems Divisions of the company from 2019 to 2020. Previously, he held various positions of the company including the Executive Vice President of Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business from 2018 to 2019, Executive Vice President and Deputy of Programs for MFC segment from 2017 to 2018; and Vice President of Tactical Missiles/Combat Maneuver Systems and General Manager for the MFC Orlando campus.

Ms Maria Demaree has been the Senior Vice President for Enterprise Business and Digital Transformation and Chief Information Officer at Lockheed Martin since 2024. She also served as Vice President and General Manager of Lockheed Martin’s National Security Space business. Previously, she held the role of Vice President and General Manager of Special Programs at Lockheed Martin Space from January 2021 to September 2023. She has held various senior management roles within the company, including Vice President and General Manager of Mission Solutions.

Ms Jenna McMullin has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2026. Previously, she worked closely with senior leadership across the company to advance Lockheed Martin’s communications strategy and strengthen engagement with employees, customers, partners and communities around the world.
