Mr. James D. Taiclet has been the Chairman of the company since 2021 and the President and Chief Executive Officer since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Tower Corp from 2004 to 2020. Previously, he served as the President of Honeywell Aerospace Services and the Vice President of Engine Services at Pratt & Whitney from 1996 to 1999. He also served as a consultant at McKinsey & Company from 1991 to 1996. Mr. Taiclet started his career as a U.S. Air Force officer and pilot and served a tour of duty in the Gulf War.

Mr. Jesus Malave has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at L3Harris Technologies from 2019 to 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Carrier Corporation from 2018 to 2019, Head of investor relations at United Technologies Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer of UTC Aerospace Systems from 2015 to 2018.

Mr. Frank A. St. John has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Rotary and Mission Systems Divisions of the company from 2019 to 2020. Previously, he held various positions of the company including the Executive Vice President of Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business from 2018 to 2019, Executive Vice President and Deputy of Programs for MFC segment from 2017 to 2018; and Vice President of Tactical Missiles/Combat Maneuver Systems and General Manager for the MFC Orlando campus.

Ms. Yvonne O. Hodge has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business and Digital Transformation of the company since 2020. Previously, she held various positions including Vice President of Business Innovation, Transformation, and Enterprise Excellence of Space; Vice President of Technical Operations for Enterprise Business Services; Vice President of Information Technology for Space; Vice President for Electronic Systems; and Vice President of Mission Success and Information Technology for Maritime Systems and Sensors. Earlier, she held several managerial and executive roles including Vice President of Operations for Business Customers at AT&T.

Mr. Dean Acosta has been the Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. He also serves on the board of Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Communications Officer for Resideo Technologies. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Global Communications for two of Honeywell’s businesses, and Head of Corporate Communications at Phillips. Earlier, he served as the Communications Director at Lockheed Martin and Boeing. Mr. Acosta worked as the Press Secretary for NASA. He joined the company in 2019.
