Mr. Guy Gecht has been the Chairperson of Logitech since September 2025. Prior to this, he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Logitech from June 2023 to December 2023. Previously, Mr. Guy Gecht served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of E.Merge Technology Acquisition Corp. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Electronics for Imaging (EFI) from 2000 to 2018. Earlier, Mr. Gecht held engineering management roles at Interro Systems, ASP Computer Products, and Apple Israel, and served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). Mr. Gecht currently serves as a Director of SolarEdge Technologies and chairs its Technology and Cyber Committee. Previously, he served as a Director of Check Point Software Technologies for 18 years, including as Lead Independent Director during his last four years, and served as Chairperson of EFI’s board from 2000 to 2007.

Ms. Hanneke Faber has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, she served as a President of Nutritional Business and other roles at Unilever Plc from July 2022 to November 2023. She also served as President of the Foods & Refreshment Division of Unilever from May 2019 to June 2022. Previously she served as a Chief Commercial Officer and Chief E-Commerce and Innovation Officer of Ahold Delhaize from 2013 to 2017. Ms. Faber also served in various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Bayer AG. She also served as Director of Tapestry Inc. Previously, she served as Director of Bayer AG.

Mr. Matteo Anversa has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Gentherm Incorporated from January 2019 to August 2024. Prior to this, Mr. Anversa served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Myers Industries, Inc. from December 2016 to December 2018. Previously, he served at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V at executive management positions, including Vice President, Group FP&A Fiat Chrysler and Chief Financial Officer for Ferrari SpA. He also served as Director of Gabelli Value for Italy and Strattec Security Corporation from April 2018 to October 2024.

Ms. Samantha Harnett has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since April 2023. She also serves as the Corporate Secretary of the company. Prior to this, she served as the General Counsel and of the company. Earlier, she held various management positions including Chief Legal and Operations Officer from October 2019 to June 2020, Senior Vice President and General Counsel from May 2018 to October 2019, and Vice President and General Counsel at Eventbrite, Inc from November 2015 to May 2018. Previously, Ms. Harnett served as the General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Business Development at ZipRealty, Inc from October 2009 to November 2015. She also served as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, P.C. Ms. Harnett also serves as the Director of GLAAD.

Mr. Prakash Arunkundrum has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Head of global operations and sustainability of the company from 2018 to 2023. Earlier, he served as the Head of new product introductions and strategic initiatives and global sourcing. Previously, Mr. Arunkundrum served as the Director at A.T. Kearney and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
