Mr. Albert M. Baehny been the Chairman of the company since 2018. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Lonza since April 2017. Mr. Baehny also serves as a member of the Board of Investis Group Holding SA since June 2016 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Geberit since 2011. He previously served as the CEO of Geberit Group from 2005 to 2014 and Head of Group Division Marketing and Sales Europe for Geberit Group from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Baehny served as the Senior Vice President at Wacker Chemie AG from 2001 to 2002.

Mr. Philippe Deecke has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Global Chief Financial Officer at Sandoz. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Alcon EMEA. He also served as Head of Management Reporting and Corporate Planning for the Novartis Group from 2012 to 2015.

Ms. Caroline Barth serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as Global Head of Human Resources and Pharma Strategy at Novartis Pharma from 2016 to 2020; Global Head Pharma Strategy in 2019; Global Head of Human Resources, Pharma Manufacturing and Quality from 2014 to 2016; Global Head of Human Resources, Central & Eastern Europe from 2013 to 2014; Vice President of Human Resources Canada Pharma & Corporate Human Resources Leader from 2010 to 2013; Head of Talent Management from 2008 to 2010; and Head of Human Resources Global IT from 2006 to 2008.
