Mr. Andrew R. Heyer has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman of CIBC World Markets Corp. and a Co-Head of the CIBC Argosy Merchant Banking Funds. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director of The Argosy Group L.P. and Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated. He also served at Shearson and American Express. Mr. Heyer served as the Director of XpresSpa Group, Inc. from 2016 to 2020 and Tastemaker Acquisition Corp from 2021 to 2023; AF Acquisition Corp. from 2021 to 2023; Director and President of Haymaker Acquisition Corp and Haymaker Acquisition Corp. III from 2019 to 2022. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Mistral Equity Partners.

Mr. Andrew Farag has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Treasurer of the company since June 2026. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Riveron. Prior to this, he consulting roles, he held Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Net Retailers, Inc., Dynamic Communities, and rEvolution Marketing.

Ms. Heidi Cooley serves as the Chief Brand and Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, she Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Crocs. Ms. Cooley also served as the Vice President of Marketing at Sports Authority.

Mr. Jacob Pat has been the Chief Technology and Digital Transformation Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he was the Vice President of Product at Salesforce. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at DECIEM and Chief Information Officer at Champion Petfoods.
