Mr. Wilfred T. O'Gara has been the Chairman of LSI since August 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Isoclima SpA from July 2017 to August 2018. Prior to this, he served as Vice Chairman, President and the Chief Executive Officer of The O'Gara Group from 2003 to 2017. Mr. O'Gara also serves as the Managing Director of Buffalo Fork Holdings LLC.

Mr. James A. Clark has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of LSI since January 2019. Previously, he served as a President and the Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Tire Americas Inc and Managing Director of Dunes Point Capital. Prior to this, he also served as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development of Rexel Holdings USA. Mr. Clark also held various senior executive positions in United Technologies Corporation and General Electric including President of Electronics Security Products Group, Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Global Sales of General Electric Security.

Mr. James E. Galeese has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of LSI since June 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Universal Trailer Holding Corporation from 2014 to 2017. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Philips Electronics NV's North American Lighting business and its Electronics business from 1998 to 2014. Mr. Galeese also worked with Square D Company and Schneider Electric.

Mr. Michael A. Prachar serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Director, Global Offering Management for Honeywell. He has also held various leadership positions with Milacron, Rexnord Industries, Emerson and Ingersoll Rand.
