Mr. Adam Lundin has been the Chairman of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director at Josemaria Resources Inc. from 2019 until 2022. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Filo Mining Corp. from 2017 to 2019. Currently, he serves as a Director of Lucara Diamond Corp, NGEx Minerals Ltd, and the Lundin Foundation.

Mr. Jack Lundin has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Bluestone Resources Inc.

Mr. Teitur Polusen has been the Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Planning and Investors Relations and the Chief Financial Officer at Aker BP.

Mr. Juan Andres Morel has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager Mine Operations for BHP’s Escondida operation in Chile. Previously, he held various roles as the Head of Operations at Los Pelambres, Executive Director of Antofagasta’s international office, General Manager of the El Tesoro operation, and Chief of Technical Services.

Mr. Patrick Boitumelo has been the Senior Vice President of Technical Services and Growth of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as a Head of Atlantic Operations for Base Metals, and hold various position such as senior positions, Global Head of Technology and Innovation, Base Metals. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Diavik Diamond Mines and General Manager at Rio Tinto Kennecott.
