Mr. Bernard Arnault has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1989. He served as the Chairman of Ferret-Savinel Construction Co from 1978 to 1984. Mr. Arnault began his career at Ferret-Savinel Construction Company as the Engineer and held several Executive Management Positions. He also serves as the President of Board of Director for Groupe Arnault SE.

Ms. Cecile Cabanis has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2025. Previously, she served as the Deputy Finance Director at LVMH in 2024. She also served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Tikehau Capital. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer in 2015 and Head of Finance, Strategy, Information Systems, Purchasing, and Sustainability at Danone Group. Earlier, she served as the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at Orange in 2000. She began her career in 1995 at L’Oréal in South Africa.

Mr. Jean Baptiste Voisin has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2006. He also serves as the President of LVMH Mtiers d’Art. Prior to this, he served in various positions at McKinsey & Company.

Ms. Maud Alvarez-Pereyre has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since December 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief People and Transformation Officer of LVMH in 2023. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the LVMH Beauty Division at the company in 2020. She served as the Director of Global Human Resources at Pink Shirtmaker in 2017. Earlier, she held several positions within Moet Hennessy. She joined the LVMH Group in London in 2004 as Human Resources Manager for LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics.
