Mr. Logan Green is the Chairman of the company since April 2023. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served on the Board of the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District. Mr. Green currently serves as a member of the board of directors of eBay Inc., an online marketplace and payments company.

Mr. David Risher has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2023 and Director since July 2021. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Board President at Worldreader. Prior to this, Mr. Risher served as Senior Vice President of US Retail at Amazon. He also served as a General Manager at Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Risher currently serves on the boards of directors of a number of privately-held and non-profit companies.

Ms. Erin Brewer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, she served as Managing Director Enterprise Finance at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. from May 2020 to October 2022. From September 2018 to April 2020, she served as Head of Strategy and Finance at Atlassian Corporation. Prior to this, she served in a variety of roles for McKesson Corporation from August 2005 to July 2018, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from 2016 to 2018 and prior to that in a variety of Senior Investor Relations, financial planning and analysis, and finance roles. Ms. Brewer also served as a Director for McKesson Ventures from 2016 to 2018.

Ms. Kristin Sverchek has been the President of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as President of Business Affairs of the company since November 2021 to June 2023. Prior to this, she served as General Counsel of the company from November 2012 to October 2021, and as the Secretary of the company from October 2015 to October 2021. Previously, she served as an Associate and then Partner at Silicon Legal Strategy, P.C. from January 2009 to November 2012. From September 2007 to December 2008, he served as an Associate at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP, a law firm.
