Mr. Jacques Aigrain has been the Chairman of LyondellBasell since 2018. Prior to this, he served as a Partner and Senior Advisor of Warburg Pincus LPP. Currently, Mr. Aigrain serves as the Chairman of Acutronic Holding AG and a Director at WPP plc and London Stock Exchange Group plc.

Mr. Peter Vanacker has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of LyondellBasell since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Neste Corporation. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of CABB Group GmbH. Earlier, Mr. Vancker also held a succession of roles at Bayer AG, including Executive Vice President and Head of the Global Polyurethanes business and member of the Executive Committee of Bayer Material Science. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board for the European Institute for Industrial Leadership and a Member of the Supervisory Board of Symrise AG.

Mr. Michael C. McMurray has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LyondellBasell since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Owens Corning from 2012 to 2019. Prior to Owens Corning, Mr. McMurray held various positions with Royal Dutch Shell including Vice President for Shell Capital; Global Treasurer for Shell Chemicals; and Americas Finance manager for the Lubricants business. Currently, he also serves as a Director of Flowserve.
