Mr. Tony Spring has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since February 2024. Prior to this, he held various positions of the company including President from 2023 to 2024, and Executive Vice President from 2021 to 2023. Previously, he also held various senior level positions at Bloomingdale including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2014 to 2023, President and Chief Operating Officer from 2008 to 2014, and Executive Vice President from 2004 to 2008.

Mr. Adrian V. Mitchell has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director and Partner in the Digital BCG and Consumer Practices of Boston Consulting Group from 2017 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Arhaus LLC from 2016 to 2017. He also worked in several executive positions at Crate and Barrel Holdings, Inc. from 2010 to 2015 including interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Earlier, Mr. Mitchell worked in various management positions at Target Corporation from 2007 to 2010 including Director of Strategy and Interactive Design for target.com and Director of Innovation & Productivity leading enterprise-wide projects for Target Corp.

Ms. Laura Miller has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since March 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President at First Data Corp (FDC). Previously, she was a member of the technology mergers and acquisitions team at TD Ameritrade. Earlier, she served in other senior leadership roles at The Patent and Trademark Office, The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, and Maryland and British Aerospace, PLC. Currently, she served as global Chief Information Officer of IHG since February 2018. She serves as a member of the boards of LGI Homes, and of EVO Payments (EVOP).

Ms. Sharon Otterman has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Caesars Entertainment. Previously, she also held various positions at Madison Square Garden Co including Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Earlier, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer at NBCUniversal’s News Division, and Vice President of marketing at ESPN.

Ms. Tracy M. Preston has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary of HanesBrands Inc from 2021 to 2023. She also worked as the Chief Legal Officer, Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at Neiman Marcus Group from 2013 to 2021. Earlier, she held several legal positions at Levi Strauss & Co from 2002 to 2013.
