Mr. Ramesh Iyer has been the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the company. He manages the financial services sector of the Mahindra Group which includes Mahindra Insurance Brokers Ltd, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd, Mahindra Rural Housing Finance Ltd, Mahindra Trustee Co Pvt Ltd and Mahindra Asset Management Co Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Raul Rebello has been the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Rural Lending and Financial Inclusion at Axis Bank Ltd.

Mr. Vivek Karve has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2020. He also served as the Manager-Corporate Finance of the company since 2000. Prior to this, Mr. Karve was the Chief Financial Officer at Marico Limited in 2014.

Ms. Mallika Mittal has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2021. He also holds 23 years of experience in SME credit, Operational Risk, Vendor Risk management and Retail credit. Prior to this, Mr. Mittal was the Head-Credit Policy; Head-Enterprise Risk and Head-Vendor Risk Management at various private sector Banks.

Mr. Anish Shah has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. He also served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Anish served as President of Strategy of the company. He served as the Deputy Managing Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019.
