Mr. Anish Shah has been the Group Chief Executive Officer, Director and Managing Director of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Managing Director of the company from 2020 to 2021. Mr. Shah also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital India; Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Development at GE Mortgage Insurance and led Strategy, eCommerce and Sales Force Effectiveness positions at GE.

Mr. Manoj Bhat is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mahindra Holidays and Resorts Limited. He also serves as Director of Pininfarina S.p.A, Holiday Club Resorts Oy Finland and Smartshift Logistics Solutions. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Mahindra Group and Tech Mahindra.

Mr. Amarjyoti Barua has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Mahindra Group since 2024. Previously, he served as the Group Strategy Head at the company, Finance Leader of Oilfield Services & Equipment at Baker Hughes, Chief Financial Officer at GE’s Power Conversion business and Executive Audit Manager at GE’s Corporate Audit Staff.

Mr. Mohit Kapoor is the Group Chief Technology Officer of Mahindra Group. He also serves as a Director of Mahindra TEQO, Mahindra Accelo and Bristlecone Limited. Presviously, he served as the Head of Technology Optimization and Asia Hub at DBS Bank, Chief Information Officer at MphasiS and Chief Technology Officer at Bank of Americas.

Mr. Anand Mahindra has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Managing Director from 1997 to 2001, Deputy Managing Director and Director at the company. Earlier, he served on several influential bodies globally such as the Global Board of Advisors of the Council on Foreign Relations, New York and the International Advisory Council of Singapore’s Economic.
