Mr. Michael K Hooks has been the Chairman of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director at Black Canyon Capital LLC in 2004. Previously, he has been the Co-Head of the Los Angeles office at Credit Suisse First Boston and Managing Director in the Los Angeles Office at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Earlier, he also served as Director of Metco Landscape Holdings, LLC, JDC Healthcare Management, Saunders & Associates, TASI Holdings, Virgin America, Logan’s Roadhouse and Switchcraft

Mr. Steven D. Menneto has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the President of the Off-Road Vehicle Division from 2019 to 2024. Mr. Menneto also served as the President of the Motorcycle Division of Polaris.

Mr. Keith P. Aulson has been Chief Information Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Vice President of Information Technology at Ingram Marine Group. He has over 20 years of experience in leading teams and deploying technology solutions across a variety of industries.

Mr. Amanda R.Thompson has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as Chief People Officer at Vontier and U.S. Xpress, Inc.
