Mr. Arthur Amron has been the Chairman of the board since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Partner at Wexford Capital LP, or Wexford, and served as the General Counsel. Before that, he served as the Board of Directors at Nephros Inc. Mr. Amron also worked as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.

Mr. Phil Lancaster has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2025. Previously, he was the Vice President of Corporate Development of the company. Prior to this, he served as President of Mammoth Energy Partners LP. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Redback Energy Services from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Great White Energy Services from 2011 to 2015. Mr. Lancaster worked at Wexford Capital, Cobra Acquisitions LLC, Higher Power Electrical LLC, and 5 Star Electric LLC.

Mr. Paul Jacobi is the Chief Business Officer and Director of the company. Currently, he serve as the Managing Director for Wexford’s private equity energy investments. Previously, he worked as an analyst covering the investment banking and asset management industries at Moody’s Investors Services. Earlier, he served as Senior Financial Analyst in the investment banking group by Kidder Peabody & Co.

Mr. Mark Layton has been the Chief Financial Officer since 2016. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Stingray Pressure Pumping LLC from January 2014 to August 2014. Mr. Layton served at Archer Well Company Inc. from August 2011 through January 2014. Previously, he also worked as the Director of Finance for North America from. he also worked as Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Reporting at Great White Energy Services, Inc . Mr. Layton served as Vice President of Finance of Crossroads Wireless, Inc from May 2007 through September 2009. Before this, he also served as the Director of Financial Reporting at Chickasaw Holding Company. He began his career in public accounting with Finley & Cook PLLC.

Mr. Bernard Lancaster is the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Operations at the company. Previously, he served as the Operations Manager for Stingray Energy Services LLC from June 2019 to December 2024. He also served as the Vice President of Redback Energy Services LLC from August 2013 to July 2014 and again from August 2015 to May 2019. Earlier, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Redback Energy Services LLC, Redback Coil Tubing LLC and Redback Pumpdowns LLC from August 2014 to July 2015.
